Denis Lyons BA LLB Barrister-at-Law ( Grays Inn ), Member International Bar Association, Member British/German Jurists Association. Member Free Representation Unit of the Bar of England and Wales.

 

Denis is a Barrister, Lecturer in Law and Training Consultant. He comes from Ireland and holds degrees in Philosophy (University College Cork, Ireland) and Law (University of Wesminster, UK). He was called to the Bar in 1994. Since then he has worked as a legal advisor on Employment matters, Landlord and Tenant issues, Inheritance/Taxmatters and Trusts. He has also worked as Company Secretary to Maekon Records, dealing with corporate governance and compliance issues.

Denis has wide and varied experience in Legal Education and Training in both Public (University of London) and Private sectors. He has written and taught courses in Law and Communication in the UK and in France, Germany, Brazil, Turkey, Slovenia and Thailand.He specialises in teaching The English Legal System, European Law, Employment Law, Tort, Commercial and Company Law as well as skills such as Contract Drafting, Negotiation and Legal Writing.

 

 

Ms Gill Martin BSc MSc PGCE (University of London) CELTA.

 

Gill has worked as a teacher in Nigeria , as a project manager and business relations executive with The British Council and since 1998 as a Business English Trainer and Coach in London.
